Veterinary Surgical Procedures in West Palm Beach, FL and Jupiter, FL

Our veterinarian team goes above and beyond to ensure that your pet receives the best treatment possible. We do a physical examination and pre-anesthetic testing before the surgery, monitor your pet during surgery, and offer pain medication as needed to keep your pet comfortable during recovery.

Veterinary Surgical Procedures

Most soft tissue and orthopaedic operations can be performed at our hospital. We recognise your concerns about the hazards of anaesthesia and use cutting-edge monitoring equipment to assist in alleviating them.

We also understand that having your pet undergo surgery can be distressing. We want you to know that your pet is in good hands and that we will do everything we can to offer the best care possible.

Every patient receives a personalised anaesthetic protocol. This individualised strategy involves careful selection of sedative pharmaceuticals used before producing anaesthesia, pain management medications, antibiotic selection, and fluid treatment during surgery to assist in maintaining adequate blood pressure.

  • For examination by one of our veterinarians $35
  • For pets 6 years of age or older, we will require an exam and pre-operative blood work (bloodwork is good for 30 days, no exceptions) $125.00
  • For pets 10 years of age or older, we will require both pre-operative x-rays $135.00 and pre-operative blood work $125.00

Veterinary Specialty Surgeries

It is required for your pet to have an exam with one of our doctors it will then be assessed by the surgeon who will provide an estimate for surgery. Some of these Specialty surgeries are on a case by case basis and depending on the condition and/or severity of what needs to be done we possibly will have to refer you to a Specialty Clinic or Veterinary Emergency Room.

Most Masses will require Thoracic Radiographs $135, but that is up to the discretion of the surgeon and you will be informed when the estimate is given by the surgeon.

Pet Dentistry

Plaque and tartar development are minimised with the use of preventative dental care procedures performed by our skilled team of veterinary specialists, who are also skilled at keeping teeth and gums clean and healthy. The dental x-ray gives us an inside look at the condition of the teeth. With the use of contemporary, secure ultrasonic technology, we carefully clean every tooth, both above and below the gum line. In order to strengthen the enamel and reduce sensitivity, our dental specialists will polish the teeth and administer a fluoride treatment.
