To tell you a bit about myself, I am a graduate of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in 2009 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. After completing my education in Ukraine, I worked as a Doctor of Veterinary Science in the field of Veterinary Inspection. My husband and I, and our two very young daughters, immigrated to the USA in 2012.
I was offered an internship that is required for foreign-trained veterinarians at Michigan State University. I earned my Florida veterinary license in 2022. I was hired by Paws2help in 2022. My veterinary interests include dermatology, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and reading. I am a mom of two girls and 2 dogs, Soda and Kenna.

I have been practicing both emergency medicine and general medicine since completing my formal veterinary training. My professional interests include emergency/critical care, reproduction and dentistry. In my spare time I enjoy anything out on the water and spending time with my human and canine family members.
Dr. Blair
Veterinarian
Dr. Evan M. Blair received his degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1995. He then completed a one-year internship in small animal medicine, returning home to South Florida. His favorite thing about being a veterinarian is seeing the bond between the client and their furry little baby.
He owned his own practice until 2015 and then took a year off to recharge. When he started practicing again, he worked for a veterinary relief company and went where needed. It was not until Paws2Help engaged him in 2018 that he finally found his true career calling and set down roots calling this place home. For Dr. Blair, being a veterinarian is not a job but a calling. Dr. Blair has been the medical director of Paws2Help since September 2021 and a board member since August 2022. With the main goal of preventing disease before you have to treat it, he has brought new energy to our hospital.
